September is Suicide Prevention Month — a reminder that suicide is preventable, and that every one of us can play a role in preventing it. In the Northeast Kingdom, one of our most powerful tools for doing that is QPR training.
Everyone deserves a place to truly shine! The NKHS Community Skills Group is dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities find their unique "sparkle." By providing a supportive community, we foster independence and self-expression through engaging, hands-on activities. Whether participants are chopping vegetables in our cooking classes, planting seeds in the garden, or exploring their creativity through arts and crafts, they are building valuable life skills and forming meaningful connections every single day.
